What is a lathe-cut vinyl record?
Our custom vinyl cutting service makes each record individually in real time. Unlike factory vinyl pressing, which uses metal stampers for larger production runs, lathe cutting records audio directly into a blank disc. This makes a single personalised record or a small batch practical without a pressing-plant minimum order.
7-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch custom records

Every cut uses variable pitch
We use variable-pitch groove spacing so quieter sections use less room and louder or bass-heavy sections receive more space.
